A discussion focused on understanding structural racism in our industry, how it affects our work, and more equitable ways to approach casting and production. Hosted by Kathy Hsieh and sponsored by NWFF and the Seattle chapter of the Alliance of Professional Performers Northwest. Admission is free, registration required.

Kathy Hsieh is an award-winning actor, writer and director. She is also a Co-Executive Producer for SIS Productions, a local Asian American theatre company run by women to provide them with opportunities for developing leadership skills.
