Join chef John Madriaga on The Village Pubs veranda for some summertime cooking class fun. At his backyard barbecuing and grilling class, you will be instructed on a series of seafood and steak preparations and techniques. Fideuà (a traditional Spanish dish thats similar to paella), summery side dishes, and dessert will also be a highlight at this hands-on class that includes instruction, recipes, lunch, and wine pairings.
