Understanding and honoring your Moon cycle

In this class, participants will learn the basic hormonal cycle related to ovulation and menstruation and how this system is connected to the lunar cycle. We will be go through a brief history of how various cultures have used and related to menstrual blood, natural options to use while menstruating, and types of ritual/spellwork to perform throughout the monthly cycle with a focus on moon blood. A basic yoni steam recipe and ritual will be handed out, as well as simple daily tools to connect more consistently with their own cycle and body.

Andrea Thomson has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 yrs, and teaching people how to chart their menstrual cycles since 2011. She recently taught about 75 women in Tanzania, Africa how to chart. The main focus of her practice in the last several years has been around fertility and external pelvic work.
