The Local Strangers w/guest Nate Currin - Invite Only - Chattanooga House Show
The Local Strangers! Couple of my favorite singer/songwriters (and now friends) from Seattle are coming through! What makes this show extra special...
I first saw Aubrey & Matt play the beach of Orcas Island in the San Juans (north of Seattle), playing a short set to send off a foot ferry of people leaving Doe Bay Fest. We ended up becoming friends through the local music community (including Seattle Secret Shows/ Seattle Living Room Shows) and they came out to play a few songs at open mic at Conor Byrne Pub to send me off when I left Seattle.

Folk, singer/songwriter, Nate Currin, will also be joining! He is also friends/alumn of Seattle Secret/Living Room Shows who connected us, "not to miss!"
This will be extra small show, limited to 20 people.

MORE ABOUT CHATTANOOGA HOUSE SHOWS
A few things to know if you haven't been to one of our house concerts before.
We find talented, professional musicians who are touring across the country. We look for artists who have something special. Some of them are selling out 1000 person venues in their home market and winning music awards. Lot of them have been invited to perform on internationally recognized video series like NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, Audiotree Live, or Paste Magazine. For many of them, this is their first or second time in Chattanooga or have only passed through between bigger cities.
Lucky for us, that means we get to see them in an intimate setting and you can be a part of putting our town on the map for hosting/supporting emerging, independent artists.
These shows are not promoted publicly. This is a unique opportunity (and such a treat) to experience live music, up close and personal. The audience (aka you!) is just as important to making these shows special. We want a full room of friends, and friends of friends, who enjoy discovering new music, meeting new people, and want to see independent artists thrive. If you're a local musician, we'd also love for you to come and meet fellow artists in other areas so we can create more bridges for our local talent.
There is a suggested contribution of $15. 100% goes to the artist/s. Your contribution helps make Chattanooga another reason why artists will come back every time they're on tour (even when they get big and famous ;)).
24-48 HOURS NOTICE appreciated if you're unable to attend or feel free to find a friend to take your place! RSVP-ing here means we are holding a spot for you.

** BYOB/G - Bring your own beverage/growler! Growlers preferred for less waste + to support local breweries!
** Finger snacks to share, welcome!
** PARKING is limited/narrow street - Walk, bike, Uber/Lyft, carpool encouraged (address sent upon RSVP on Brown Paper Tickets, please allow 24 hours)
** This is a private home with (very cool) neighbors, but please be mindful when parking and no smoking on premises
