BEER or WINE Yoga flow at The Dog & Cask w/ Jennifer Kelsey

CALLING all beer and wine enthusiasts who want to have a little fun tasting new beers and wine (Yogis choice of course) while creating awareness of the mind and body.
This is a class guaranteed to leave you with a new perspective of the harmony of both the beverage and yoga world. It is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, happy, and refreshed. You woould be welcome to stay afterwards to mingle at the bar or lounge.

What it includes?

*1 flight of your choice: Beer Flight, 4 different beer tastings or
Wine Flight, 3 different wine tastings.
*1 hour of laughter and movement involving friends and beverages.
* happy hour pricing on the bar for the remainder of the night.
* 15% Discount if you stay after the class for dinner or appetizers.

*Yoga mat and towel
