5Rhythms Community Summer Solstice Live Music w/Natadas!

A Summer Solstice Celebration!
Join Karen certified 5Rhythms teacher and Natadas on Wed. June 21st for an evening of celebration of the Sun, and moving to live drumming! Summer Solstice is a day that holds greatest energy prosperity, vitality and strength. Honoring the Spiritual Fire in all of us!
Summer is great for farmers, the sun brings life to growing crops in the fields and warmth to the bones of the workers who are harvesting the crops. This is reflected in the midsummer rituals or plucking of herbs for this special day brings vigor, potency to the herbs for medicine. During this time, the Sun is in continual service to the earth and it's creatures.

After our celebration, we will have a community potluck and to celebrate all dancers who are born in June! Please bring vegan and gluten-free dishes, salads of all kinds, cheese n crackers, chips n dips, fruit, sweets of all kinds and chocolate, bring plenty of water to drink for yourselves!

Venue is Homewood, 19 Zillicoa St. Asheville, NC, 6-8pm! Tickets on sale sliding scale $15-25. We look forward to moving with you, Karen and Natadas!
