An Evening With Dougie MacLean
Dougie MacLean, one of Scotland's most gifted contemporary singer-songwriters returns to Seattle's Town Hall. Get an up-close and personal look at Dougie's life in Dunkeld, Scotland, along with his unique view of Scotland and its history. Dougie's songs have been heard all over the world and recorded by many other artists, Kathy Mattea, Mary Black, and Delores Keane. Caledonia, a song that he wrote almost 20 years ago has become somewhat of a Scottish anthem. He has just released a new recording, Inside the Thunder, continuing his touching insights into conemporary life and modern dilemmas.
