"Tahoe Tessie" Glass Fusion Mermaid Workshop

Guest Artist Donna Smit will teach you how to create your own Tahoe Tessie Mermaid yard art. Each student will create their own mermaid measuring at approximately 12" using a variety of techniques. Donna will teach you how to use dichroic glass with an acid etched design, layering frit enamels to create scales with homemade clear frit, as well as copper inclusions in this beautiful design. The entire mermaid is actually four pieces that are assembled. After the piece is fired, the students can add glass beads. This is such a stunning piece and Tahoe Tessie will look beautiful blessing your yard. Limited to 8 students. $70 and supplies and materials are included along with a garden stake.
