Black Cloister Beer and Chocolate Pairing
Join Black Cloister Brewing Company and Mindo Chocolate Makers from Dexter, Michigan in a beer and chocolate pairing. Attendees will be ample to sample five (5) different craft chocolates paired with five (5) oz pours of Black Cloister beer. Craft beer and fine chocolate together, what could be better?
Black Cloister's CEO and certified cicerone will explain the beer pairing while Mindo Chocolate Makers owner and chocolate maker Dana Romaker will describe the chocolate. Unlike Chocolatiers who make things with chocolate, Mindo actually makes their own chocolate. Mindo Chocolate Makers are located in Dexter, Michigan and have a unique "bean to bar" chocolate making process that spans over two continents and 3,000 miles. They were one of the first ten chocolate makers in the U. S. and the only chocolate maker within 150 miles of Toledo. Combined with Black Cloister's award winning beer, this promises to be an evening to remember.
