ALL LEVELS WELCOME This will be an all levels yoga class. Options will be given for different levels. This will be done in the dark in black light set to the likes of Burzum, Wolves in the Throneroom, Blut Aus Nord, Ulver, Satyricon, Nachtmystium, Fyrnask, etc. Yay!
Yoga instructor Melody Henry has been practicing yoga in many different forms since 1991 and has been teaching yoga, mostly Vinyasa, since 2002. She holds over 500 hours of yoga-specific teacher training, is currently enrolled in a year-long Sanskrit immersion, a year-long esoteric studies program, is a seasoned tarot reader, reiki practitioner and crystal healer and also holds multiple certifications and trainings in many other physical mediums such as pilates, Reiki, crossfit and personal training.
