Whether you're a mother, a daughter, or both, you deserve to treat yourself to some empowerment and laughter on Mother's Day! "Treat Yourself THROUGH LAUGHTER" provides women with a two-hour break from real life to have a blast and let go of all the B.S. that keeps us from having more joy and ease in life. We'll use super fun, easy-to-learn, non-performance improv exercises to help you recognize and practice stepping into the Joy and Ease ... because we deeply believe that you deserve to find your flow and, most importantly, to have more fun than anyone! Yay!
No experience is necessary - this workshop is great for everyone on the introvert-extrovert spectrum. Exercises take place in a circle or pairs, so you're never "onstage." All you need to "Treat Yourself THROUGH LAUGHTER" is a willingness to have fun and gain some new tools for how you can invite more joy and ease in your life. Come be part of HVC's "Females Unleashing Courage, Knowledge, Individuality & Truth" party!
