What's shakin? A joint fundraiser for The Playwrights' Center and Team Fox (the community fundraising program of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research). Amazing plays, awesome actors, great food, divine wine, and so much more! You know that new sound you were looking for? Well listen to this!!
So here's the deal - Playwrights Heidi Armbruster, Greg Giles, Aditi Kapil,Carson Kreitzer and Justin Maxwell have created original 10-minute scripts for the evening. These will be read by some of the Twin Cities finest actors. Add in a special appearance by that Earth Angel Marvin Berry himself, and there's a whole lotta fun going on!
Actors scheduled to appear (as of June 1): Jane Froiland, Tracey Maloney*, Kris L. Nelson*,Paul Reyburn, Stacia Rice*, Carolyn Pool*, Harry Waters, Jr.*, and Clarence Bratlie Wethern*. (*Denotes member of Actors' Equity Association and appears through permission of The Theater Authority).
