Come join us for the 7th installment of our Speakeasy Session dinner series. Mother Earth Brew Co & Cutwater Spirits will be our featured guests pairing with a 6-course meal prepared by Chef Erik Lobner.
Course 1: Deviled Duck Egg paired with Mother Earth ESB Hard Boiled Duck Egg, Dill Crème Fraiche, Crispy Shallot, Radish Flower
Course 2: Lamb Gumbo paired with Mother Earth Steel Cut Creole Spices, Celery, Red Bell Pepper, Spanish Onion, Saffron Rice
Course 3: Endive and Boursin Salad paired with Mother Earth Kismet IPA Granny Smith Apple, Chiogga Beet, Champagne Vinaigrette, Pomegranate Molasses
Course 4: Smash Potato paired with Mother Earth The Crucible Pee Wee Fingerling Potato, Chorizo, Chives, Smoked Gouda Gravy
Course 5: Coffee Crusted Opah paired with Mother Earth Four Seasons: Winter Celery Root Purée, Shaved Fennel Salad, White Wine Beurre Blanc, Chili Oil
Course 6: Citrus Pound Cake paired with Mother Earth Born Blonde Blood Orange Zest Frosting, Crème Anglaise
Every course will also be paired with a cocktail expertly mixed with one of these spirits made by Cutwater Spirits: Fugu Vodka Old Grove Gin Three Sheets Rum Devils Share Single Malt Whiskey
