Green Flash Beer for Brunch
Join us at 9am on Sunday, November 4th as Dave Adams from Green Flash walks us through a 5 course brunch that is not to be missed. Dave will be personally pairing each course with a special release from Green Flash Brewing Company. Come hungry!
1st Course - Scallion pancake with creme fresh and dill topped with Caviar paired with Fest
2nd Course - Mini Lox with beer garlic cream cheese paired with Tripel
3rd Course - Beer Braised Corned beef hash with diced bacon, peppers, and love paired with Candela
4th Course - Mini seasonal fruit parfait with house made granola paired with Belgian Blonde
5th Course - Savory Cocoa Mole Crepe paired with Serrano Double Stout
