HOMEWOOD STORIES™

The name of March comes from Latin Martius, the first month of the earliest Roman calendar. It was named for Mars, the Roman god of war who was also regarded as a guardian of agriculture and an ancestor of the Roman people through his sons Romulus and Remus.

March denotes a season of longer days, Daylight Saving time, the Spring Equinox, Dairy Queen opening > signs of 'new life' that we made it through another winter. All the more reason to celebrate together leaning in to listen to the life-giving energy of storytelling.

This show will have 4 tellers
> Melissa Perrin > all the way from Evanston,believes stories we tell about ourselves can define who we are, for better or worse.
> Patrice Mozee > retired from Chicago Police, natural storyteller, mom of two, Go-Go of three.
> Karen O'Donnell >producer host, dentist that gives her patients fresh fudge.
> special guest Doug Lipman of www.storydynamics.com

New venue > Ravisloe Golf Club www.ravisloe.com open to the public now, it was one of the first clubs to accept Jewish members.

Come early and enjoy pre-show music by local talent, Kirk Lindstrom, long time Homewood resident, and public works sensation!

Doors open at 6:00 PM, enjoy dinner and drinks before and during the show!
