The Lansing Derby Vixens Present: Skatie Hawkins 2017

Hey hepcats and hipsters! Before you watch your Lansing Derby Vixens whip around the track this season, come get wacky with the Vixens while we celebrate our upcoming 2017 season! It's time for our Skatie Hawkins event and this year, it's going to be the cat's meow!

Support your local roller derby team and join us for the most radical party at the Lakeview room at the Eagle Eye Banquet Center! Ducky shincrackers and even dead hoofers will love dancing all night to 1940s classics, electro-swing, and recent dance favorites spun by DJ Baileys.

Don't miss our swell silent auction featuring some swanky donations from locally-owned businesses and derby girls!

Get spiffy in your best 1940s/USO/Service/pin-up duds and get ready to "flip your wig!"

Evening attractions include:

-8:30pm Lindy Hop dance lesson provided by Brianna of the Center for Social Dance
-9:30pm performance by the Stilettos Sirens from Stilettos & Steel Fitness - pole, aerial & dance studio
-10:30pm performance by Missy of Mid-Michigan Hoop Dance
-11:30pm musical performance by the Vixens' own The Hypermetrical Three!
