Adventures in Nourished Eating: Meal Prep
Clean eating isn't about a diet or new fad-it's about providing your body with the proper nutrition and nutrients you need to stay healthy and active, both physically and mentally. Chefs Traci and Karen have years of experience preparing and cooking healthy meals that taste scrumptious.
Monday nights are your night to come learn how to simplify healthy eating in your daily life.
Optionalif you'd like to join us to learn about healthy eating, but you need more, we offer two options. Alternating Sunday mornings you can join us for a cooking class, where we guide you through preparing meals for the week and give recipes for the alternating week. If you'd rather let us do the meal prep, join us on Monday nights to learn more about how to stay on track and pick up your already prepared meals each week.
