In this webinar, tax preparer Melinda Mann will show you how to file your federal and state income taxes as an artist. She'll review filing methods, explain how to report income and expenses, and offer record-keeping tips. If you received an artist grant, were paid for your work, or just can't tell the difference between a W-2 and a 1099, this webinar is for you. A Q&A follows the presentation where you can ask Melinda specific questions about your taxes.

Refunds and Transfers:

Artist Trust reserves the right to cancel any program. If cancelled, a full refund will be applied. If a participant needs to cancel for a paid program, the following policy will apply:

A full refund can be issued through Brown Paper Tickets if notified within 5 days of the program date.
A transfer credit of equal or lesser value can be issued if notified within 48 hours of program. Credit will be valid for up to 12 months.

Artist Trust cannot provide refunds for missed programs. Please contact Zach Frimmel at zach@artisttrust.org if you have any questions regarding specific content of the program.
