Effective Agile Mini-Workshop: INNOVATION WITH OPENSPACE
(PART 2 of a 3 PART series Pull/Invitation over Imposition/Push!)

Innovation is rare. It happens only when the conditions are right.

How are these conditions created? Open Space is a proven way to create them. Open Space is a meeting format that has the power to transform your team, your department, and the entire enterprise. Think of Open Space as a pop up innovation environment. You can set it up quickly, anywhere, and get real results (and real innovation) immediately.

More than a mere meeting format, Open Space is a learn-by-doing experience in self-management and self-organization. It appears to run itself as it rapidly produces conversations, processes conflicts, and quickly generates action plans.

This Workshop shows you how, and gives you everything you need to begin experimenting with Open Space inside your team, department or division. You exit this meeting (actually a mini-workshop) with know-how. You receive teaching, tools and a direct experience in Open Space.

If you are looking for innovation, you just found it.

Welcome to Open Space!

Daniel is also the primary author of the OPEN SPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK and his enterprise consulting practice and workshops are built upon the core concepts found in these books.

JOSEPH DEANGELIS is an Agile coach that has built or transformed management, engineering, product, scrum, and cross-functional teams into engaged, productive and happy teams within many organizations.  Joseph's passion is to take groups of people who work together and cultivate them into powerfully successful teams.  Joseph uses his expertise in Lean, Agile, SAFe, Scrum and Kanban, human dynamics, organizational design and Systems Thinking to teach teams to find, refine, and protect the culture, the process and the structure that best brings them success.
