Urge RB Valentines Day 5 Course Pairing for Two

Each course will be paired with Mason Ale Works beers selected by Chef Chuy so that they compliment each other wonderfully. This five course special includes five plates of food for two, four 5 ounce pours of Mason Ale Works beers and a bottle of Mason Ale Works Second Son Barrel Aged American Strong Ale.* In addition to this, you will be able to reserve a table at a set time. This is important since we do not do reservations. We will only be doing this for the 5 Course Couples Dinner. Here is what the menu and pairings look like:

1st Course: Artisan Cheese Plate | Cash - Imperial Stout
2nd Course: Oysters with Raspberry Citronette | Willy Time - Wheat Ale
3rd Course: Cajun Lobster Tostada | Jambi - IPA
4th Course: Steak Curry Risotto | Charley Hustle - Red IPA
5th Course: Chocolate Cake with Red Currant Buttercream and a White Chocolate Ganache | BA Second Son | American Strong Ale

*Second Son is our first limited release from our barrel aging program known as "Snale Works". This beer is an American Strong Ale made from a blend of Cash, our Imperial Coffee Stout, and an American Barleywine. We then aged it in Elijah Craig 12-year old bourbon barrels to get this bold beer that offers a complex layer of flavors that comes out surprisingly smooth putting you in disbelief that it is at 14.0% ABV.
