In this class we will explore common and available pacific northwestern herbs for staying well though the cold months including remedies for cold and flu defense. We will also cover simple kitchen remedies and preparations for these herbs. A great class for the beginner herbalist and folks interested in growing a personal medicine cabinet.
Fern Wynn is a practicing energetic herbalist and medicine maker in Seattle. She is a gardener and has a background in sustainable farming. Her work focuses on bringing people into place through interaction with plants via medicines, foods and landscapes in order to begin the process of healing- to heal ourselves and in turn heal the world.
