In a skyscraper in Madrid, seven candidates for an executive position at a multinational company show up to take the recruitment test. Their personalities are widely different: the winner, the aggressive, an insecure woman, the critic, the indecisive. In a climate of tense competition, fear and doubts take over, and the participants to fall into a state of paranoia and suspect that they are being watched by cameras or that one of them is actually a psychologist who is already evaluating them. This claustrophobic atmosphere highlights the applicants' lack of scruples.
