A day with Suvaco

Suvaco is a former Thai Forest Buddhist monk and a passionate advocate for embodying life in all of its forms. He lives in the South West UK where he works as a psychotherapist and Tai Qi teacher.

Suvaco's teaching comes from the varied depths of the different trainings he has had as monk and lay man, and he is original and independent in his thinking.

He has recently taught a series of retreats at Gaia house titled "The Courage to Care", encompassing ritual and group work with body based meditation.

Suvaco also teachers at Ecodharma, the eco-buddhist and activist retreat centre in the Pyrenees, and he is a cranio-sacral therapist and trainer, and core process psychotherapist.

This day retreat is highly recommended. The format will evolve as Suvaco senses into what is needed on the day.
