DIY Pelvic Herbal Steam Baths

Pelvic steams, like saunas, have been used in various cultures around the world to promote health, in this case, of the reproductive organs. Students will learn how to prepare their own herbal pelvic steams at home, using specific herbs for specific conditions, including healing menstrual cramps, fibroids and pelvic pain, promoting fertility, and a long list of other benefits. Each student will walk away with a hand-blended herbal formula to use at home for a steam. Additionally, they will each receive a copy of my new zine on steams!
