Cider School: Calvados
Simply put, Calvados is distilled cider made in Normandy, but there is so much more to it. This class will cover the making, history, legality, and some ideas on how to enjoy this mystery spirit.
Tickets include a flight of 4 Calvados, light snacks, and course instructor (we always finish with a special bottle opening, as well!).
