Now, in her first book, Widerstrom has developed a revolutionary plan for maximizing weight loss and keeping it off once and for all by eating right for your specific personality type.

Join us for an event to celebrate this Naperville native's first book! Jen will be in conversation with her former Naperville North High School health teacher Steve Mazzarella. A signing line will follow the event.
