Delicious Resolutions Pairing Dinner
Join us for a five-course pairing dinner featuring dishes designed to be both healthy and delicious! We will be joined by Dr. Christina Bowen, an integrative primary care physician and advocate of the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet is a plant-based diet with the predominant fat coming from extra virgin olive oil. The bottom of the pyramid includes vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, seeds and whole grains. Seafood and dairy also play an important role. We've worked with Dr. Bowen to create a menu using these principals that's so tasty you won't even realize you might not believe it's good for you!
