Meet colorful heritage sheep, mowing the lawn on this 15 acre woodsy, bluff-top farm with rolling ridge pastures. Learn about organic lamb & wool. Explore adding small "ruminants" to your backyard or farm. Lady Linda Dee weaves stories and songs into her workshop while sharing 20 years experience breeding, fencing, grazing, lambing, breed choices, culling, wool processing and crafts, vending, and more. Plus felt a wool ball to take home. Kid friendly. "Baa! Baa! Black Sheep, have you any wool?"  Children of all ages are welcome with a ticketed adult and their own ticket (for the child).

A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.

About Bluffwood Landing:

Meet Lady Linda Dee's colorful, friendly heritage sheep as they mow the lawn on her 15 acre woodsy, bluff-top farm with rolling pastures. Grazing paddocks are everywhere, including surrounding her large no-till garden, fertilized with sheep manure. Succession planting, crop rotation, companion planting, deep mulch, intensive spacing, pollinator attraction, astrology, herbs, flowers, veggies and weeds all co-mingled in a healthy, edible eco-system providing year round food for this energetic 70 years young elder who sings to her plants. Come see!

CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS.  SOIL SISTERS has a no refund policy. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person, provided that person is in possession of the ticket at the time of the workshop.
