2nd Annual Pho King Cookoff!

Named Iowa best cooking contest by Delish, the Iowa Asian Alliance presents the Second Annual Pho King Cook-Off! Have you been a pho fan pho-ever or have yet to try it? Either way this one of kind event is sure to satisfy your pho fever or introduce you to all the possibilities when it comes to this signature dish.

Pho is the king of all Asian noodle soups. This beloved comfort food while rooted in Vietnam, is so popular that many SE Asian ethnicities have their own version and way to eat pho. And we want to help spread that love!

Sample pho from some of the top chefs in town and help us crown the 2017 Pho King! Cash bar and
all-you-can-eat pho for a fun filled Saturday afternoon including celebrity judges, music and a Pho Eating Contest.

VIP Admission $45 This package includes:
Your very own Pho King VIP t-shirt, spoon and chopsticks set, etc.
VIP Seating Area
Admission to Celebrity Judging from 11am to 12noon
All you can eat Pho Tasting, Two Votes for Pho King Peoples Choice Award
Option to partake in Pho Eating Contest ($10 registration fee on-site)

Regular Admission $30 This package includes:
Event admission from 12noon to 4pm
All you can eat Pho Tasting, One Vote for Pho King Peoples Choice Award
Option to partake in Pho Eating Contest ($10 additional registration fee on-site)

Interested contestants for Pho Eating Contest may register on-site at cook-off to compete for bragging rights and prizes. $10 registration fee to help IAAs fundraising efforts.
