So, in 2015, we headed up to Bend, Oregon to start working on the Urge Gastropub 6th Anniversary beer. As the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait." While the Urge Anniversary came and went in July of 2016, the beer we made was being...well, stubborn.
For those of you that know Paul Arney and The Ale Apothecary, you are well aware that his beers can not be rushed. They are all natural works of art. These are truly hand made ales. As such, it took a bit longer to have this beer ready than we had intended but man, was it worth the wait!
So here we are, 4 months late, peddling the amazing wares contained in this bottle. Less than 700 bottles were made and only around 400 made it out of the state of Oregon. The only way to get it is to either be in The Ale Apothecary club, a few bottles for sale in their tasting room in Bend and right here. The public sale starts on Black Friday.

Mt Veeder Barrels + Oregon Marionberries + Mecca Grade malt + wild & open fermentation in June 2015. Oregon honey + sour wort + Ale Apothecary yeast and 100% natural carbonation from bottle fermentation.

Starting December 10th and going until December 18th during normal business hours. There will be no proxies allowed for this beer. The name on the purchase must be matched to the name picking up the bottle! No exceptions!
Brothers Provisions is hosting their Cellarbration on the 10th so come prepared to have a dang good time if you choose to partake!
