Ayla Nereo WORKSHOP - Finding Voice, Receiving Song, & Singing Life
Ayla will lead us into an exploration of our voice, our breath, and any fears or hesitations we may have blocking our fullest expression. As we empower the voice for speaking, singing, and giving sound, we also learn how to open our vessel to whatever creative energies want to come through us. The various tools and exercises Ayla has learned from and created on her own journey of song, we will learn how to send sound into the universe with intention and power, as vibration that can catalyze change and harmony in our own bodies, our lives, and the life-forms of this planet.
Please arrive at 2:50 pm to settle in. We will begin at 3 once everyone is ready.
Bring a notebook and pen if you like writing down inspirations and tools :)
And bring water to drink, to stay hydrated and open as we sing.
