Vajra Workshops presents Tools for Empaths
Join local reader, writer and astrologer Amanda Moreno as our guide in her Tools for Empaths Workshop. An Empath is someone who consciously or unconsciously tends to sponge up other peoples emotions. It's a way of existing that can be overwhelming, but also allows us to understand complex emotional dynamics and relationships. Amanda will lead us as we explore: what it means to be empathic vs. empathetic vs. highly sensitive; how the Drama Triangle and codependency play into the relationships of the Empath and what to watch out for; dealing with overwhelm; shielding vs. letting things flow. It's an incredible thing to feel so deeply -- let's get together and figure out how to do so in a responsible way! Please bring a journal and something to write in.
