Barre3 in the Gardens

In collaboration with barre3 Mobile Bellingrath Gardens and Home will present a new fall workout series for guests seeking to connect with their body and spirit in nature.
Get ready for a functional training with a twist surrounded by the beauty of Bellingrath Gardens. Rooted in three fitness disciplines - ballet barre, pilates and yoga - barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out.

Barre3 Mobile will lead three, one hour long outdoor workout sessions during the month of November. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels and will vary from session to session. Following the workout session, guests are invited to tour the Gardens and explore the nation's largest outdoor cascading chrysanthemum display at its peak.

What to bring and wear:
Bring your own yoga mat, a towel and wear sports gear or comfortable clothing. You may also bring a water bottle. Light snacks and beverages will also be available for purchase.

Each session starts at 10:00 AM on the day of the event. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the starting time to allow enough time to walk to the location from the Entrance Building.

Ticket information:

Tickets are $13 per person per session and include entrance into the Gardens for the day. Tickets for this event must be purchased in advance.

Note for members of the Friends of Bellingrath: Members will be admitted free of charge but will need to register by calling 251.973.2217 ext. 163 or emailing membership@bellingrath.org. Prior registration is required to attend this event.
