Nuts and Bolts of Nonprofit Law, Part 1

This training is designed for both attorneys and non-attorneys who want to learn about the nuts and bolts of nonprofit law. Speakers Judy Andrews, Apex Law Group and Anthony McCormick, Perkins Coie, will take you through the state and federal law requirements and procedures of starting up a new nonprofit organization and obtaining 501c3 tax-exemption.

We will cover all the state and federal legal requirements for starting a Washington tax-exempt nonprofit corporation and the basic ongoing compliance requirements for tax-exempt nonprofits.
