1st Course: Crostini with duck confit, Brie, wheat beer poached pear, honey - Whacked Out Wheat
2nd Course: Ruben panzanella - Bridal Veil Rye Pale Ale
3rd Course: Fettuccini with cherries and cambanzola - Face Down Brown
4th Course: Duck cassoulet, kale, creme fraiche - Freaky Fish Belgian Double IPA
