DIVINE HYMNS

"DIVINE HYMNS" - The Calgary Bach Society's survey of J.S.Bach's motets continues with a performance of the brilliantly challenging Motets Nos. 2 and 5 for 8-part choir. Claire Freer, winner of the 2016 Bach Vocal Scholarship, will perform a set of Bach arias. The program closes with sacred hymns and anthems by English Baroque composer Henry Purcell.
