Wintertide: A Concert Fantasy for the Holiday Season

Dont miss this exciting Cathedral Christmas program of holiday works performed in the spacious acoustics of Saint Marks Cathedral. This year, Ola Gjeilo's popular Sunrise Mass will be sung with orchestra and video provided by Bus No. 8 video productions.
Ancora, a Seattle based women's choir, will join us for the world premiere of Wintertide by Seattle composer Donald Skirvin. Wintertide will explore the temporal, physical, and emotional landscape of winter, its frosty scenes, rollicking celebrations, and languorous loving to while away the season's long, dark nights.
Family carol sing-along with the Flentrop Organ will take place at 7:30 p.m.
