Kansas Dan at The Convent
Local songwriter Kansas Dan presents his first single, Kryptonite and Superman, available online through iTunes, Amazon, and other digital retailers. The smart, literate lyrics roll along through a memorable, sing-along chorus, using wit and satire that leave nothing sacred.
The album is cut and distributed by Monkey Corner Records and mastered by Jon Miller at Icehouse Recording in Lawrenceville.
To celebrate the singles release, Kansas Dan will perform it and other songs at The Convent in Braddock, PA (1137 Braddock Ave, Braddock, PA 15104-1741) at 7 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016. The event will be free for Braddock residents and $5 for the general public. Kansas Dan collaborator Six O'Matic will perform as well, starting off the evening.
