Reclaiming Yourself: Healing Through Sex-Positivity and Communication
After a sexual trauma becoming comfortable with one's body and sexuality can be both trying and emotional, but the healing process is an integral part of recovery. This class offers information on how to be in touch with one's sexuality, how to communicate with both yourself and your partner(s), along with other important topics on reclaiming your identity and the healing process. We welcome all individuals of all genders and sexualities who are seeking information on sex-positivity within their comfort zone, who are looking for ways to be aware and sensitive to the needs of their partners, and who are open to learning more about healing sex.
