Yoga on the Roof for Beyond the Mountains Benefit

Rain or shine: If the weather is bad, the session will be held inside.

Experience yoga the way Mother Nature intended it in the great outdoors! Sunday, September 11th at 9 AM join us on the Roof for a unique yoga experience. This yoga session will support Beyond the Mountains a Benefit for Nepal which will be having a benefit concert later that evening.

Our Yoga on the Roof classes are led by the educators from West End Yoga and are appropriate for all levels of practitioners from newbie to experienced. For the beginners, please notify the instructor of your experience and comfort level before the class begins so we can make sure we keep a proper pace!

Mats Students are encouraged to bring their own mats.
What to wear Comfortable, loose workout clothes.
Drinks If you've attended one of our classes, you know that depending on the humidity and time of day, there's a chance that it can get hot up there! Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.
