Adyashanti Meditation Telecourse, The Philosophy of Enlightenment,and Study Group

This four-week meditation telecourse, called The Philosophy of Enlightenment, will focus on the concept of enlightenment and how to bring enlightenment to life through meditation as taught by Adyashanti. Each meeting will include watching an approximately hour-long teaching video featuring Adyashanti, followed by a facilitated group discussion of the material covered in the video, practices presented by Adyashanti, and experience with our own practices.

This is an excellent follow-on for those who engage in the Meditation Practices class, and for those who wish to broaden their meditation practice toolbox.
