Yoga & Mosaic Art - SANKALPA

SANKALPA is a vow or commitment to live our higher truth.

This workshop begins at the Yoga Center where Christie Malone will guide you through a meditation leading you to uncover your deepest desires and connect with the overriding purpose of your life. This journey of the soul will lead to crafting your Sankalpa, a vow and commitment to support your highest truth. We will then plant the seed of your resolve into a deep restful practice of Yoga Nidra, where you will gain the support of your subconscious mind in order to achieve your goal. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep and an effortless practice that creates calmness and clarity as it releases tension from the body and mind allowing deep relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.

After this two hour practice, we continue this journey next door at Copper Cat Studio. Mosaic artist Katie Packham will guide you through the process of creating a beautiful mosaic expression, to help further tap into and define our own personal Sankalpa through creativity.
