A new Saturday event has been added in addition to the Sunday Pinot & Paella Festival. This Pinot Noir Tasting Panel will discuss the newly-defined sub-appellations of Paso Robles, and how wine is affected by differences in terroir. Chris Taranto of the PRWCA will be presenting the differences between Paso Robles new 11 sub-appellations. The event will feature wine tasting of Pinot Noir from several districts, with discussion from the winemakers and wine growers who created them. This event will be held Saturday morning June 4th from 11am-12:30pm at Castoro Cellars in Paso Robles. Tickets to this Saturday Tasting Panel are sold separately from Sundays Pinot & Paella main event. If you have already purchased your ticket for the Pinot & Paella on Sunday, you will need to purchase a separate, additional ticket for the Saturday Tasting Panel.
If you are interested in just the Saturday Wine Tasting Panel, tickets for that event can be purchased independently of Sundays Pinot & Paella Festival.
