5 CHEF MONASTIC MENU WITH BLACK CLOISTER
Rarely do the stars align where 5 of northwest Ohios top chefs come together. Black Cloister has lined up 5 of the top chefs in Toledo to put together their interpretation of monastic food. Black Cloister will then pair their creations with our award winning beer. Join with us to welcome: ROBERT CAMPBELL from Revolution Grill, GARRETT JONES from Reverends in Bowling Green, KENGO KATO, from Kengo Sushi, MOUSSA SALOUK from La Scola Italian / Burger Bar 419, And last but not Least: TONY BILANCINI from Swigs in Perrysburg, ....for an exploration of a modern take on Monastic fare!
Each chef will explain their creations, followed by a presentation by our very own, TOM SCHAFFER, Black Cloister CEO, who is a certified Cicerone. Tom will share the magic of beer pairings, outlining why each beer was chosen to accompany each course. This memorable experience will consist of a 5-course dinner that includes dessert.
