Tea & Empathy: Communicate better in your relationships

Empathy is a communication superpower. When we can be present with others emotions, without trying to change them or offer unsolicited advice, it transforms our intimate relationships. Increased empathy deepens connection and allows us to feel seen and heard. This improves not only the quality of our interactions, but also our sex lives.

Have you ever been in a situation where someone is telling you something they're struggling with and you don't know what to say? Tea & Empathy helps you through those moments, what to say that's helpful, and when it's better to say nothing at all.

Join sex educators Kate McCombs and Louise Bourchier for a skill-building workshop where you will have the opportunity to practice and develop your empathy, all with a cup of tea in your hand. When you leave, you will feel connected, recharged, and better able to navigate communication in your relationships.

This workshop is helpful whether youre single or partnered, and is especially useful if youre trying to develop successful communication in an open or polyamorous relationship.
