80th Anniversary Birthday Bash Fundraiser for Deertrees Theatre
JULY 31 DEERTREES THEATRE'S 80th ANNIVERSARY FUNDRAISING BASH (1936-2016). Please join us for this unique fundraising event as "Maines Most Enchanting Playhouse" celebrates in classic 1930s style. Begin the evening at 6:00 PM with wine and hors doeuvres of the era. At 7:00 PM move to the theatre for a trip down both a musical and theatrical "memory lane", featuring a variety of musicians, dancers, and actors. The show will begin with the same act that was performed on Opening Night in 1936! At 8:15 PM the festivities continue backstage with Bubbly, Birthday Cake and Reminiscences! 1930s attire is encouraged to add to the party atmosphere.
All inclusive ticket price: $45/each and should be purchased in advance. Proceeds will benefit improvements to Deertrees Theatre's beautiful Adirondack-style historic building.
