My favorite heckle story. I had a drunken woman who wouldn't shut up. I had only been on stage for a few minutes. I tried a number of things to get her to shut up. Finally I turned to the guy next to her and said, "You see, that is what happens when you call the escort service at the last minute. They don't have any pleasant attractive ones left, just the mouthy bitch who won't shut up." The audience loved it, and she was gone in no time.
