Peninsula Girls Chorus presents, "Lights, Camera Action! PGC Goes to the Movies"
Come and hear the ladies of the Peninsula Girls Chorus as they pay tribute to choral music featured in both classic and recent films. You'll hear both familiar favorites and newcomers to the movie-music scene.
Selections will run the gamut, from masterpieces written by Schubert, Mendelssohn, and Vivaldi to modern musical selections featured in films such as "Frozen", "O Brother Where Art Thou?" and "The Sound of Music".
Our Repertoire, Brava and Ensemble choirs sing on Saturday when we will also celebrate our graduating seniors. Sunday features Allegra, PGC Coastside, and Concerta choirs. Join us for a wonderful spring afternoon of music and singing.
