KEDA Special Business Briefing

Please join the KEDA board of directors at our Q2 board meeting for a special briefing on the development of the next five year Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy(CEDS)for the Central Puget Sound Economic Development District (King, Kitsap, Pierce and Snohomish Counties).

The business briefing portion of the board meeting will be at the Port Gamble Pavilion beginning at 3:30 on Thursday May 19. This 90 minute program will feature a presentation by Chris Mefford, CEO of Community Attributes (a leading expert on our regional economy) who has been selected by our EDD board to lead the development of our next five year CEDS.

This briefing will also provide an opportunity to garner direct input from Kitsap's business and community leaders regarding your thoughts and ideas concerning the biggest challenges and opportunities facing our region, and Kitsap in particular, over the next five years. Your input is key to shaping Kitsap's role in the region through 2022 and beyond. OPG will be hosting a reception immediately following the program at 5:00 PM.
