Marcos Campos is the Executive Chef at Black Bull - Chicago's premier tapas and wine bar located at 1721 W. Division St. Chef Marcos Campos explores the exquisite products and flavors found throughout Spain with a variety of dishes that represent the essential pleasures of his countrys traditions and others that provoke and surprise with new textures and techniques. His menu takes guests on a culinary tour.
